As part of the Festival of Chichester, areas of the Cathedral normally closed to the public will be open to visitors; The Song School located high up in the Cathedral triforium, The Cathedral Library also situated in the Cathedral heights and the Bishop’s Chapel – the private chapel of the Bishop of Chichester (40 spiral stairs up to Song School and Library). Free entry. Partial access: Bishop’s chapel accessible, Library and Song School accessed by steps.

A great opportunity to listen to people’s shared memories of St Paul’s Church and its surroundings over the years. These stories shed new light on the historical changes that have taken place within living memory. All welcome. Light lunch provided. Free entry, with retiring collection in aid of St Paul’s Church building project. Disabled access.

Come and join us for Evensong as we celebrate the 40th anniversary of the amalgamation of St Paul’s with St Peter’s the Great. There will be a procession by St Paul’s clergy and choir from St Paul’s church to the William Cawley Chapel founded in 1625. All welcome. Free entry. No disabled access. Doors open from 4pm.
