An outdoor performance in an intimate setting in a private garden. Bharata Natyam has many dimensions that lends to its lustre. A performance that will appeal to age seven and above. SKETCHES OF SPAIN, HELENA’S FLAMENCO & SPANISH DANCE SCHOOL, NEW PARK THEATRE JUBILEE HALL, NEW PARK ROAD, CHICHESTER, PO19 7XY.

The multi-talented students of Helena’s Flamenco and Spanish Dance School bring the warmth of Spain to Chichester as they demonstrate the many styles of music and dance that Spain and especially Andalucia can offer. They are accompanied by the music of members of International Flamenco company Cancion Gitana. Tickets £12.50; children £10. Disabled access.

CLANDESTINO: A JAZZ FLAMENCO ENSEMBLE, THE SHOWROOM, UNIVERSITY OF CHICHESTER, BISHOP OTTER CAMPUS, COLLEGE LANE, CHICHESTER, PO19 6PF.

A fiery and evocative mix of Flamenco music and dance, jazz and world music led by Flamenco singer Fernando de Triana and arranged by jazz/flamenco guitarists Pete Lorenz and Fergusito.
