St. Richard Singers, “still quiring” after 50 years, bring us “the touches of sweet harmony” for a summer’s evening. This programme particularly celebrates the music of several British master composers, including Parry, Elgar and Finzi, and in this anniversary year for Ralph Vaughan Williams his sublime Serenade to Music.

As a new post-lockdown era in the life of the choir dawns and we enter the second half-century, St. Richard Singers find themselves in many ways closer to their founding roots of fifty years ago in terms of the style of music performed and membership.
