This role will include creating and administering our social media, interacting with the other members of the marketing team (and being supported by them), as well as with third parties (such as The Great Sussex Way).

You will monitor each channel and reply to relevant comments and schedule content to keep the channels active. This includes daily content in the festival itself and weekly content in the run up to the festival.

Essential knowledge and skills include an ability to compose posts and scheduling for Facebook, Instagram and Twitter; YouTube knowledge, including channel management.

Desirable knowledge and skills: Photoshop or equivalent; Final Cut Pro or equivalent; photography and/or videography.

The task will involve 1-2 hours a week during the busy period between the box office launch and the end of the festival, from March to July.

In addition, our committee meets (on Zoom at the moment) once a month for 1-2 hours on a Wednesday afternoon throughout the year (except during August).
