Event C07: Chichester Society: Regeneration in the City

Our annual summer forum is an information-sharing event about significant local issues. Our topic this year is regeneration. Speakers from the District Council will explain Chichester’s regeneration strategy and specific proposals both short and long term. Chichester District Council’s Regeneration Strategy sets out the opportunities that can help respond to wider issues around attracting investment and business, enhancing employment opportunities, infrastructure development and sustainability, as well as physical transformation. It is a significant and important strategy to assist in the long-term planning of support that the council can provide to help with the economic sustainability of our historic city.
