Edes House was built at the end of the 17th century for local maltster John Edes, and his wife Hannah, and now has Grade 1 listed status and has been carefully restored.
The house is situated on West Street in the heart of Chichester and has 9 rooms available to hire as well as the whole venue. It is regularly used for occasions such as wedding ceremonies, anniversaries, birthdays, funeral receptions to concerts for 80 people. As well as being a good central location for business meetings, launches and exhibitions/ fairs.
