Antony Penrose talks about his famous parents’ journey, begun in pre-war Paris and ending in 1970s Sitges. It’s a tale of intimate friendship and their involvement in the Spanish Civil War and WW2. Art was for them a rich, cultural collaboration, with political, moral significance, shared love, passion and loyalties that never died.
The 2025 festival will run from Saturday 14 June to Sunday 20 July.
