Chichester’s Consort of Twelve recreates a concert typical of Georgian-era London’s famous Vauxhall Gardens. Featuring singer Rebecca Leggett, organist Charles Harrison and speaker/historian David E Coke, the event celebrates Vauxhall’s long association with Handel and other composers.
Before the concert, don’t miss the similarly-themed walking tour, “Elegant Entertainment in Georgian Chichester” (event WT9).
Tickets £20 (students £5, £1 children).
The 2025 festival will run from Saturday 14 June to Sunday 20 July.
