A unique opportunity to visit the award-winning Denmans Garden at night. Denmans is the former home and garden of the late John Brookes MBE, one of Britain’s most influential landscape designers.
This tranquil contemporary 4-acre garden was converted in the 1940s from market garden to ornamental garden by plantswoman Joyce Robinson who started the extensive gravel gardens in 1970. It features dry riverbeds, gravel gardens, a walled garden, a conservatory, ponds, and a broad variety unusual plants that are integral to the garden’s overall design.
Midpines Café offers fresh and flavourful food and will be serving a BBQ on the night with meat eaters and vegetarians catered for in the ticket cost. A variety of soft and alcoholic drinks will be available at an additional cost.
