Past and prospective festival event organisers: you’re invited to our autumn public meeting

Underground Fiction: Dan Jones, Wolves of Winter

We trust that you are looking forward to the 2025 Festival of Chichester, which will run between Saturday 14 June and Sunday 20 July. We’re sure that it will be a lively, eclectic programme of arts events.

Our autumn meeting has always been an important part of the structure of the year – a chance for us to tell you what is on our minds and a chance for you to tell us where you think we should be heading.

This year our usual autumn public meeting will be held in the Council Chamber at the Council House, Chichester City Council, North St, Chichester on Thursday 7 November, beginning at 6.15pm.  We look forward to hearing all your helpful feedback, suggestions and advice.

Owing to space constraints in the Chamber, the committee needs to know in advance if you are coming in person. RSVP to festival chairman Phil Hewitt at phil.hewitt@nationalworld.com.

Phil said: “We enjoyed an excellent festival this summer, with a fabulous range of events. We have always enjoyed wonderful support from Chichester City Council who have always been hugely generous not just financially but also, crucially, in terms of encouragement and enthusiasm – and we are delighted that they are offering us their premises once again for this meeting. We would love to see you at our open meeting, to chat through this most recent festival and also to share ideas for next year.”

This year, the Festival of Chichester was delighted to welcome Kenton Budd Estate Agents as its principal sponsor. It was also generously supported by Chichester District Council.

We hope you will be able to join us in November.

Registrations open on 2 December 2024 and close on 31 January 2025. Please see our take part page for further details.
