Fountain Inn

The Fountain is one of the oldest public houses in the Roman cathedral city of Chichester, thought to have first opened its doors in 1798.

This charming inn is full of interesting traditional features and was actually built against the Roman city wall which is still visible from the restaurant area. It is also one of Chichester’s longest-standing live music venues, and is extremely popular with local music-loving residents.
