Event C02: Priory Park Society Mini Festival

For the first time, The Festival of Chichester will be preceded by a mini-festival week of events in Priory Park, celebrating the history and the importance of Chichester’s ‘Village Green’ today. Organised by the Priory Park Society, the mini festival runs from Monday 8th to Saturday 13th June.

Thursday 11^th June
11am Talk: Archaeology of the Park – James Kenny (1 hour)

Friday 12^th June
11am – Panel discussion: The future of Park – Chair: Martyn Bell (1hour)
7pm – Last night at the Proms – Chichester City Band (2 hours)
8pm – Film showing: PP100 –  (within the concert)

Saturday 13^th June
Bowls Club Open Day – James Neilson
There will be a cricket match in the park
