New Park Community Centre

All our rooms and halls are available for hire to individuals, organisations and community groups, for training sessions, art, music and drama groups, sports activities, community events, private parties and special occasions.

New Park Centre is home to a huge range of groups clubs and societies including;-

• Over 80 art, sports and community activities

Chichester’s renowned independent cinema

• Chichester Players amateur dramatic society

• ‘Find It Out’ young people’s countywide service

• Support services for disadvantaged residents

The newly refurbished café bar offers an excellent selection of wines, beers, hot/cold drinks and snacks – a perfect place to relax before or after activities or a film and to meet friends!

The aim of the New Park Community Centre is to provide a positive and welcoming community centre for people of all ages to enjoy. The New Park Community Centre has a long history behind it, from when it was first built as a school in 1887 to the present day which has seen a whole new building developed and constructed.

New Park Centre is a charitable organisation run by the New Park Community & Arts Association, dedicated to enhancing the social and cultural environment for Chichester’s residents.

Capacity varies between 10 and 100, depending on the room.
